5ST1 REUNITE!!!

Last Saturday, I skipped school and went to my Form 5 class gathering @ Aeon Bukit Tinggi Greenbox!!! The last time I saw my classmates was when taking SPM results in school. So, I'm really very excited about it. According to the schedule, we were supposed to reach there at 10.40am and I thought I was late when I reached there but....actually I was early....Only me, Rachel and Teck Chong were there ON TIME! Normal lah, Malaysian time haiz...At fist, I thought many will be going but then only 12 of us showed up...Felt dissapointed...However, we still had fun!

As we entered the room, Paula started to choose the songs she wanted to sing and so she sang first. Next was me and then no one was singing.....=.=...So, Paula chose some English songs but still no one wanted to sing, so we just skipped the songs...haizz...wasting time only...

Then all of us ordered fried rice, weird ah...Why no one ordered the other dishes? So, our room was full with fried rice hahahahaha...

After a few songs played, still there was no one singing! What to do, me and Paula grabbed the mic and stared to sing our songs...We sang from the the beginning til the end...I don't even remember how many songs I sang...Paula was so frustrated when Sze Meng said we were singing lame songs and she started to scream in the mic. This was the first time I sang songs in so many languages in one day. We sang songs in mandarin, cantonese, hokkien, english, malay, korean, japanese and even tamil hahahahahaha...Well, we finally made Priya to sing "Kuch Kuch Hotta Hay" and all of us backup singers which only knew how to sing the chorus only hahahahaha...Sze Meng, Wee Han nd the rest sang the intro of the song which sounded like "aaahhh...aaahhhh..." That's the only thing they sang....But at least they sang, not like Teck Chong. He didn't even hold the mic...He was so silent until all of us left him behind in the toilet when we went out of Greenbox. Later only we asked each other, " Where is Teck Chong?" and the answer was " Dunno lah...I think he is still inside"....Teck Chong, sorry ah, don't angry k...hehehehehe...

Outside of Greenbox, we met Ruby, Narayanan, Sharma, Naavin Kumar, Naviientiren, Thanesh and some guys from 5ST2. I heard many surprises from them, Thanesh is going to do medicine in Indonesia next month, Narayanan get the JPA local scholarship and is going to Sabah next week, and Avanish get matriculation. We thought of watching Sex In The City but then we decided to cure our stomachs first. Then, we went to McD. Chit-chat there and I went back on 3 something. Most of them went back too but Soh and Paula went for window shopping...At the end of the day, we all had fun!!! Hope to see them again soon and hope that more people will show up in the next metting...
5ST1 is the best class I ever had, with all the phsyco and crazy people and the batch of best teachers. Malays, Chineses and Indians learned, played and worked together under the same roof. Most of them are classmates for 5 years and we built a really strong bond among us...Lastly, 5ST1 2007 is the best!!!!!

So Long Timmy...

Timmy,

Minus off the holidays, I think the time we spent together was only a month. Although its a short period of time, but its enough to make me miss you! First was my NS friends, then now you. Why all my friends are leaving me?! Honestly, you are a nice guy. I know Ash told you the same thing, but that's what we think of you. And the poem you wrote for us, it was really very touching. At least don't tell us that you wrote the poem in the toilet lah....I think I will cry if you cry when you're reading that poem...I'm quite emo you know hehehehe....

When I first entered 6BS1, I had only one friend, and that's Ash. Then, slowly I made new friends. We seldom talked to each other in the first few days until one day....when I asked you about Huai Ren (refer my friend list)...hehehehe...Then, we begun to chit-chat more and more each day hahaha.....

Make sure you take care of yourself well there and study hard. Appreciate this chance of getting the scholarship. Be confident, because there must be something in you that made them to choose you among all the appliers. If you feel lonely, remember to think of us, think of 6BS1. Do not ever forget us when you get new friends and classmates there. I'm quite demanding also hahahahaha....

Anyway, may God bless you in everything you do and gambateh! Remember to call us out when you are back for holidays! Keep in touch!

Soaked STAR

When I woke up in the morning on Tuesday, it was raining heavily like. The first thing that crossed my mind was, I gotta get up earlier, start my journey earlier, because I'm scared of traffic jam as my house is quite far away from school. Then, I woke my brother. He reached school really early that day, it was only 6.30 am. I reached the traffic main entrance at around 6.55am, and there was a long queue of cars.....jammed! I'm stucked there for 15 minutes, and finally I reached STAR main gate. But....the main gate was flooded! I can't get in! After wandering around a few minutes, I decided to just take the risk. My shoes were wet as soon as I stepped in the water. Then, I headed straight away to the canteen and I found Chian Huey and Dhaya there. We sat in the canteen, chit-chatting and drying our shoes and socks hahahaha...

Then some of them in the canteen took the risk to walk on the benches and chairs to get into their class. Most of them made it, but some were not that fortunate. Well, they fell into the water... I decided to stay in the canteen, as it was near to the toilet and at least I won't starve. There were a lot of food in the canteen. Then, me and Kai Xin started to do our homework...

Some boys even fold paper boats and played in the water...Haiz...so childish...

Later, we decided to take the risk to walk on the chairs to enter our class because our Bio teacher was so 'semangat' to enter our class. Then, we met Siva and Jeya during our expedition. We walked on the plastic chairs which were very unstable and finally we landed on the Dataran Perdana.

But then, it made no difference after we passed the chairs. Because there were no chairs in the front route. Irene came and 'saved' us by asking us to take off our shoes and socks. A few teachers passed through us and said: " next time remember to bring slippers". Hence, we took off our shoes and socks and walked in the yellowish and dirty water. There were also cocroaches, centipedes and other insects in the water. Siva was shouting and yelling throughout the way and we finally finish our expedition.

Well, then, we carried our shoes and entered our class. It was quite funny when I found out most of my classmates were studying with their bare feet. We dried our shoes and socks and we study bare-footed hahahahaha...

Moral from this experience:

1. Remember to bring slippers to school during rainy days or

2. Don't go to school if its raining heavily
